Some areas of the Platform may be accessible publicly or to logged-in members without a paid subscription. Paid plans are required for premium access. Available paid offerings may include sitewide paid plans and creator-specific subscriptions. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan). Certain legacy or admin-assigned entitlements may not be available for self-serve purchase.
By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method for the applicable subscription fee. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account dashboard.
We may change our subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to the Platform until payment is resolved. We will notify you of any payment failure and provide a reasonable opportunity to update your payment details.

Some creator profile features may include AI-generated creator chat. Those replies are generated from creator-approved persona settings and are not direct messages from the human creator unless we explicitly say otherwise in the product experience.
AI Outputs do not constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological, or any other form of professional advice. You should not rely on AI Outputs as a substitute for qualified professional advice. Always seek independent professional guidance for decisions with significant consequences.
AI Outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI Output. You assume full responsibility for how you use AI Outputs.
Creator chat replies may be fictional, stylised, flirtatious, or otherwise roleplayed. You agree not to rely on creator chat as factual representations of the creator's real-world intentions, availability, identity, or willingness to engage off-platform.
You retain ownership of any content you input into the Platform ("Input Content"). By submitting Input Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the Services to you.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, AI Outputs generated from your Input Content are yours to use. We do not claim ownership over your AI Outputs.

The Platform, including its design, software, trademarks, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to fAIk.life and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Queensland for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.
